「94+」空间

「94+」是由大力体育和久事体育东体分公司联合开发的主要服务于“体育+”产业孵化的办公服务空间。办公室的设计通过充分调研体育创新企业的人员结构，设置办公空间模组，首期包含10至29工位不等的办公户型组合。

「94+」的室内空间设计灵感以东体现有的建筑为形式逻辑，以东体特色的水上运动为精神内核。 大面积的波浪纹铝板，明亮的金属调空间辅助使用橙、蓝、红等鲜艳的运动主题配色。中庭空中花园赋予空间更多功能和室内内外交互的可能。

“94+”, a sports-themed co-working space operated by WeWork, primarily serves the "sports+" industry incubation.

The interior design of “94+” draws inspiration from the existing architecture of Oriental Sports Center, with the distinctive water sports as its spiritual core. Large waves-patterned aluminum panels and bright metallic tones complement vibrant sports-themed colors such as orange, blue, and red. The atrium‘s sky garden adds more functionality to the space and enhances the possibilities for indoor-outdoor interactions. The space is designed by Wen Studio，while NeosSpace finish the detail design and construction.
